He is survived by : his children, Deeana Lynn (Wingert) of Wichita, KS and Kelly Jay Cook of Peabody, KS; his wife Vickie Lynn Davis of Peabody, KS; his great grandchild Aspen of Newton, KS.; and his brothers, William Cook (Dub) of Newton, KS and Casey Cook of Moore, OK..
