He is survived by: his children, Troy A. Kasper (Cindy) of Newton, KS and Trisha M. Menadue (Joe) of El Dorado, KS; and his siblings, Bill Kasper, Harold Kasper, Roy Kasper and Doris Miller. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
