She is survived by: her parents, Kevin Hayes and Chari Hayes; her husband James Maxwell; her stepchildren, Lily, Colin and Dublin; her sister Kara Hayes; her aunts, Kelly Hayes, Linda Smtih, Lorese Walton and Alice Walton; and her grandfather Dale Hayes.
