He was predeceased by : his brother Marc; and his parents, James Robert Budge and Priscilla Radke Budge. He is survived by : his children, Aaron Budge and Shana Carbajal (Alex Carbajal); his grandchildren, Cammie and Samuel; and his siblings, Jill Budge Bowden, Neal and Craig.
