Cummings, Carl Gene Cummings, Bessie Louise Willyard, Cynthia Lynn Altman, Mack James Cummings Jr., Othen Donald Dale Cummings and Jennifer Hope Cummings; his stepson Dustin; his close friend Duane Melugin; and his niece Rhonda Jones.
