He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Fayette and Barbara Fayette (Ainsworth); his brother Sam Fayette; and his niece Julia Marie. He is survived by : his siblings, Jeff Fayette of Newton, David Fayette (Deneen) of Wichita, Tom Fayette of Newton, Lisa Fayette of Newton, Heather Fayette (Sam) of Wichita, Ed Fayette of Newton and Robyn Davis (James) of Walton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
