He is survived by: his sons, Dale Claassen (Ann), Kendall Claassen (Carol), Craig Claassen (Ronda Henson) and Bruce Claassen (Amy); his siblings-in-law, Sharon DeBoer, Anita Pryor, Alan DeBoer and Ralph Goossen; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Bartel (Jordan), Sean Claassen (Michelle), Rachelle Claassen, Carine Claassen, Reid Claassen, Camryn Claassen, JoLee Kissinger (Kyle), Kelson Claassen (Emily) and Kyler Claassen; his great grandchildren, Liam, Mason, Ella, Anna and Clara; his grandchildren, Sarah Boyts (Matt) and Michael Kauffman (Amber); and his great grandchildren, Miles and Nolan Boyts.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Kauffman Museum, Faith Mennonite Church, or MCC Central States.
