Robert Weesner Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Robert Weesner (Newton, Kansas) is shared. Robert, born on February 22, 1943, passed away on August 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Robert will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Robert by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Robert is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Robert’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar E. Weesner (Bob) and Rose Weesner (Hiebert). He is survived by: his fiancée LaVada Fowler; his sister Barbara J. Walker; and his stepdaughter Shirley Mathews. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Whitewater Cemetery.
