He is survived by: his mother Virgie Adams; his wife Debra Malek; his mother-in-law Myrtle Cary; his children, April Reed, Ryan Malek, Kyle Malek and Hannah Malek; his brother Rodney Malek; and his grandchildren, Jarell Malek and Laken Sowell.
