He is survived by: his wife Lettie Kruse; his children, Gina Engel (Mark Engel), Todd Kruse (Jeannie Kruse), Wes Kruse (Melissa Pulsinelli), Scot Kruse (Stephanie Kruse) and Jason Kruse; his grandchildren, Bret Engel, Kobie Engel, Kylie Engel, Elise Kruse, Ben Kruse, Edena Kruse, Ophelia Pulsinelli, Marielle Pulsinelli, Emily Kruse-Logan, Adrianne Kruse, Lillian Kruse, Annabelle Kruse and Oliver Kruse; and his sister Susie Evans (Richard Evans). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St Mary Catholic Church (106 E 8th St, Newton, KS 67114). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St Mary Catholic Cemetery (1101 E 1st St, Newton, KS 67114).
