He was predeceased by : his wife Aleta Guthrie; and his sister Carol Case Daniels. He is survived by : his daughters, Laura Leigh Brooks and Amy Brooks Couch (Rob Couch); his grandchildren, Brewer Guthrie Couch and Julia Faith Couch; and his sister Wava McIntyre.
