She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Breathouwer and Ethel Breathouwer (Meyers); her husband Jerry DeWayne Bantam; her son Mark Bantam; her grandson Ryan Scott Bantam; and her sisters, Wava Lee Hogan and Patsy Lindenmeyer.

She is survived by : her sons, Michael Bantam (Patti) of Boise, ID and Randall Bantam of Almena, KS; her grandson Joshua Bantam of Wichita, KS; and her great grandchildren, Gavin and Shelby Bantam of Wichita, KS..
