He was predeceased by: his father Dale Richardson; his stepfather Vernon Diederich; and his grandparents, Swede, Iris Wurm, Ben and Gladys Richardson.
He is survived by: his mother Jeanette Wurm Diederich (Richardson) of Oberlin, KS; his wife Julie Hutchins; his sons, Tyler Dale Richardson (Alissa) of Central City, NE and Clay Thomas Richardson (RaNae) of Wauneta, NE; his father-in-law Wayne E. Larson of Oberlin, KS; his siblings, Ben Richardson (Shannon) of Salina, KS, Anita Hirsch (Steve) of Oberlin, KS and Annette Troyer (Jeff) of Ellinwood, KS; his brothers-in-law, David Larson (Belinda) of Brooklet, GA, Aaron Larson (Patty) of Hays, KS and Jeff Larson (Tichelle) of Whitney, TX; and his stepsiblings, Rocky Diederich (Teresa) of Pierre, SD, Pat Diederich (Audrey) of McPherson, KS and Carmel Summers (Wayne) of Colby, KS. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gobber Funeral Home (121 N Penn Ave, Oberlin, KS 67749).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Doyle Richardson Memorial fund, in care of Plumer - Gobber Funeral Home.
