He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Guinn and Dorothea Guinn (Bowser); his brothers, Bruce Guinn (Hazel), Don Guinn (Merle) and Larry Guinn; his former wife Melvalyn Pollnow; his in-laws, Myron and Pearl Pollnow; and his siblings-in-law, Everett Shuler and Karen Hanke (Bud).
He is survived by: his son LaMoine Guinn (Debra); his wife Marjorie Guinn (Jording); his grandchildren, Chad Rooney (Shari) and Carrie Ebert (John); his great grandchildren, Hayden, Claire and Andrew (Adriana); his great great grandchildren, Lily, Iris and Gabriel; his sisters-in-law, Violet Guinn, Dorene Shuler and Connie Grochowski (Jerry); his stepdaughters, Michelle Tackett (Rae), Cindy Wood (Rob) and Lori Lowrance (Peter); his stepgrandchildren, Lacey Tackett, Jeffrey Tackett, Kimberly Dufek (Jonathan), Cody Wood and Jennifer Sherman (Chris); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kenyan Cole, Adrianna Cole, Taleah Tackett, Carly Stephenson and Wyatt Stephenson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gobber Funeral Home (121 N Penn Ave, Oberlin, KS 67749). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
