She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" Lee and Melva "Jean" Coats (Middleton). She is survived by: her husband Geary E. Cuzick; her sons, Cully Jackson (Nikki) of Holton, KS and Josh Jackson (Liza) of Olathe, KS; and her brothers, Jim Coats (Carol) of Bogue, KS and Brads Coats of Palco, KS.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
