It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benjamin Floyd Chadwick of Oakley, Kansas, born in Colby, Kansas, who passed away on April 30, 2022, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandmother Ardith Chadwick; his great-grandparent Clyde Blair; his great-uncle Ben Barnes; and his uncle Dustin Criqui Sr.. He is survived by : his parents, Lonnie Chadwick and Tami Chadwick (Dawes); his brother Trey Dawes; his grandparents, Deveron and Myla Dawes; and his great-grandparent Naida Blair. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
