She was predeceased by : her parents, John Vanmiddlesworth and Rachel Vanmiddlesworth. She is survived by : her husband Robert Phillips; and her children, Robert (Joy Phillips), Becky (Bill Jordan), Kendall (Robyn Phillips) and Kim (Rick Jones). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
