She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius D. Goossen and Hulda Goossen (Franz); her siblings-in-law, Sheryl Goossen, Carolyn Goossen, Kevin Wiebe and Bernie Vacura; and her nephew Scott Goossen.
She is survived by: her siblings, Vernon Goossen (Linda) of Amarillo, TX, Simon Goossen of Brighton, CO, Andrew Goossen of Pryor, OK, Harold Goossen (Priscilla) of Lincoln, NE, Tim Goossen (Micki) of Brewster, KS, Othelia Funk (Wayne) of Oberlin, KS and Arleta Wiebe of Elbing, KS. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews; numerous cousins, extended family.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Beulah Cemetery (750 S Country Club Dr, Colby, KS 67701). A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at the Dessert Fellowship (745 S County Club Dr, Colby).
