He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Everett Kvasnicka and Amelia Keller Kvasnicka; his brothers, Charles Jr. and Melvin; his brother-in-law William Slotterback; his half-brother Farrell; and his sister Glenna.

He is survived by : his wife Judith Ann Cleaver of Oakley, KS; his children, Cheryl Kvasnicka of Phoenix, AZ, Lynn Vick (Chris) of Royce City, TX and Lane Kvasnicka (Sharon) of Andover, KS; his grandchildren, Justin Kvasnicka of Fort Collins, CO, Brett Kvasnicka (Emily) of Billings, MT, Tyler Kvasnicka (Stevy Stauffer) of Kansas City, MO and Megan Cottrell (Weston) of Royse City, TX; his great grandchildren, Calvin, Jackson and Hayley Cottrell; his sisters, Charlotte Kvasnicka of Ellsworth, KS and Nancy Slotterback of Des Moines, IA; and his sister-in-law Holly Hart of Peoria, AZ.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
