She was predeceased by : her parents, Everett Koehler and Odene Koehler (Bradley); and her husband Dale Votapka. She is survived by : her daughters, Beth, Pamela and Luanne; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Kelly, Finnegan, Maxwell, Jack, Joshua, Jonathan and Jonah.

A graveside service was held on Monday, October 23rd 2023 at 9:00 AM at the Oberlin Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 15th 2024.

Memorial contributions may be made out to the Decatur County Museum.
