It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Addison Nicole Askew (Olathe, Kansas), born in Merriam, Kansas, who passed away on January 3, 2026, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfather Roger Wainscott; her uncle Roger Wainscott; and her cousin Jason Ludlam. She is survived by: her parents, Nicholas Askew and Jessica Askew; her brothers, Jordan and Trent Liles; her great-grandparent Rose Wainscott; her grandparents, Tina Simmons, Douglas Askew, Brian and Cindy Chamberlain; her aunts and uncles, Monica Simmons, Mitchell, Colton Askew, Marty and Emily Chamberlain; and her boyfriend Weston Walls. She is also survived by many other extended family members, friends.
