He is survived by: his wife Theresa Hostmeyer (Kuhl); his children, Thomas Hostmeyer and Beth Tolman (Al); his grandchildren, Melissa Hostmeyer, Sarah Tolman and Matthew Tolman; and his sisters, Marilyn Grapperhaus and Ruth Kampwerth.
