She is survived by: her mother Helen Woods; her husband Ed Phillips; her children, Bradley Bakerink (Nancy Hanks) of Shawnee and Nicole Bakerink (Hernan Slepacoff) of Olathe; her grandchildren, Jack Bakerink and Alina Slepacoff; her stepchildren, Chris Phillips (Nadine) of Penn England, Jennifer Favero (John) of Overland Park and Katie Cox (Brandon) of Olathe; her stepgrandchildren, Lauren Phillips, Ryan Phillips, Brody Cox and Morgan Cox; her siblings, Dale Woods and Beverly Duysen of Carmel Indiana; and her sister-in-law Maxine Woods. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
