She is survived by: her sister Aubrie Campbell of Olathe, Kansas; her parent Amber Campbell of Waterloo, Iowa; her grandparents, Bernard Murphy, Marlo Murphy and Terry Campbell of Kansas City, Kansas; her uncles, Brandon Murphy and Braxton Murphy; her aunt Brieanne Murphy; and her great-aunts, Cheryl Campbell and Carolyn Baker of Kansas City, Kansas. She is also survived by many great-uncles, aunts, cousins, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial contributions would be made out to the Estate of Annika Scott at PO Box 26364, Overland Park, KS 66225.
