He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Heise and Mary Heise; and his brother Duane Heise (Dianne). He is survived by: his wife Rhoda; his children, Janette Rupert (Guy), Linda Gemberling (Laird) and Gary Heise (Melinda); his grandchildren, Miranda Heise Parker (Tyler), Melissa Harms (Austin), Carissa Heise, Liana Kimball (Nick), Travis Heise (Kaylee), Matt Rupert and Larissa Darias (Josè); his great grandchildren, Jack, Taylor, Quinn, Charlie Harms, Leland Nailor, Javier, Lucia Darias, Tatum, Belle Heise and Drake Parker; his stepgranddaughter Jenny Matz; and his siblings, Eugene Heise (Harriet) and Eileen Gregg.
