Though Betty may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Newton L. Haney and Alene Elizabeth Haney (Godfrey); and her siblings, Alene Totten and Newton L. Haney, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Roxanna Day (Gregory) of Overland Parks, KS and Harlan E. Bowser, Jr. (Karen) of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Breanna L. Copple (Roger), Kayla C. Cacy (Nick), Aaron R. Day and Mariah K. Bowser; and her brother Donald R. Haney. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
