With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Ellen Ryder of Olathe, Kansas, born in Iola, Kansas, who passed away on October 8, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Wallis McDown; and her brother Dale McDown. She is survived by: her mother Mary Ellen McDown (Baker); her husband Allen Ryder; her children, Gina Westpfahl (Jim), Tim Ryder (Heidi) and Amy Lovsky (Mark); her grandchildren, T. J. Ryder, Cara Ryder, Mason Lovsky, Ally Lovsky, Riley Westpfahl, Bryce Westpfahl, Aubrey Lovsky and Meghan Lovsky; her great grandchild Kali Jenkins; and her siblings, Dianna Henry, Elaine Fontaine and Bret McDown.
