He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, John (Cathy), Lesli (Karl) and Paul; his grandchildren, Sophia, Grace, Nikola and Kepler; and his cousins, Pam, Deborah, Gary, Trudy, Holly, Dave and Lucy.
