She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Giarraputo (Vito) of Overland Park and Laurie Turner (Wayne) of Liberty, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Lila Kubas, Madeline Turner and Weldon Turner; her sister Marlene Heineman; her nephew Thomas Heineman (Shawna) of Dallas, Texas; her brother Donald McGuire (Carlene) of Edmond; and her husband Gerald "Jerry" Childs.
