He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Paul and Fay Marie Mulligan; his wife Marilyn Lee Mulligan (Ridinger); and his son Charles Morgan Mulligan. He is survived by: his sister Fay Marie Krapp (Thomas); his daughter Maurya Lee Mitchell (Mark); his daughter-in-law Deborah Irene Mulligan (Chuck); his grandchildren, Meghan Lee Pessetto, Evan Richard Mitchell MD (Talara), Colleen Marie Riffel (Jordan) and Joseph Charles Mitchell (Melanie); and his great grandchildren, Tucker Lee, Owen James, Maren Lee, Colton Charles and Stella Sage.
