He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Dawn, Angie, Crystal and Jared; his sons-in-law, Marc and Jim; his grandchildren, Kaitlyne, Jacob, Hannah, James and Charlie; his siblings, Roger and Renae; and also Chuck. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and his dear friends.
