He is survived by: his wife Jeni Evans; his siblings, Laura Clark and Mike Walley; his siblings-in-law, Jackie DeVore, Gary DeVore, Kevin Dougherty and Carl Dollina; his nieces, Lindsey Gerszewski (John), Leslie Clark and Nicole Ratzlaff (Keith); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Davis, Carson and Harper Ratzlaff; his nephew Greg DeVore; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica, Gavin and Kyle DeVore; his nephew James Dollina; his niece Kelly Blackledge (Brian); Abby.
