He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his son Russell; his grandchildren, Peyton and Brendon; his stepdaughter Tabitha McCleary; his stepgrandson Michael Ralston; his stepchild Thomas McCleary; his stepgrandson Sean McCleary; his stepchild Tristan Schooler; his mother Catherine Laird; his siblings, Tom Collene, Jeff Collene, Sandy Bell, Ginger Hook, Kevin Collene, Tina Tucker and Todd Collene; and his stepsiblings, Debbie Regher and Kelly Laird. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Braden's Hope for Childhood Cancer.
