Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Damian Lopez (Olathe, Kansas), who passed away at the age of 69, on March 7, 2021. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Lopez; his children, Phillip Lopez, Todd Stewart and Kelly Pfannenstiel; his parents, José Luis Lopez Lima and Eucarnacion Melendez Sanchez; his brother Paco; and his grandmothers, Canaria, Canary Islander and Spaniard. He was also cherished by eight siblings, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Damian fought High Risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome for two years — and underwent two bone marrow transplants — before losing a grueling 105-day battle with COVID-19.
