He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Neece and Pauline Neece (Markman); his father-in-law Claude Cole; his aunt Velma Ivie (Loy); and his daughter Amy Neece.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Neece (Cole); his daughter Amanda Fontaineece (Michael); his grandchildren, Elgin, Lucien and Mora Fontaineece; and his sisters, Donna Roach (Conrad), Linda Haire (Bobby) and Lisa Birdsong (Darin). He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews.
