He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Kenneth Ray Meade and Reba E Meade (Cummings); and his siblings, Earlene, Joe and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Janice "Jan" Meade (Lile); and his sons, Jonathan Meade and Life Ministries. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Westside Church of the Nazarene.
