She is survived by: her husband Jerry Smith; her daughter Elisha King (Micky); her grandchildren, Andy and Joey; her great grandchild Amanda Lafferty (Aaron); her sisters, Gayle Smith (Kirk) and Kim Havlik (Steve); her granddaughter Dawn; Zac, Lucas, Taylor, Austin and Kade. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
