He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin "Pete" Oetting and Lucile Oetting (Pragman). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Bates; his daughter Shay (Terry Link); his grandchildren, David and Ryan; and his siblings, Carole (Lynn Clark), Terry (JoAnne Oetting), Jim (Kathy Oetting) and Mark (Cindy Oetting). He is also survived by 6 Nephews, and 3 Nieces and many extended family and friends.
