He is survived by: his parents, Dorothy Chamblin (Brock) and Donald C. Chamblin; his wife Dawn Brewer; his pet Bentley; his parents-in-law, Larry and Joice Brewer; his siblings, Douglas Chamblin, Diane Utz (Mike), Denise Beauchamp and Dana Chamblin; and his brother-in-law John (Michele). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, coworkers, and neighbors.
