She is survived by: her husband Marvin Clements; her sons, Dr. Thad Clements (Suzanne) of Charlotte, Nathan Clements (Jodi Meusel) of Dearborn and Justin Clements (Sara) of Olathe, Kansas; her siblings, Carol Doran (Rick) and Bryan Elder (Pam); and her daughter Karen Madrid of Miami, Florida.. She is also survived by grandchildren.
