She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frank and Sophia Wesolowski Potoka; her husband Philip Freeman, Sr.; her stepdaughter Karen Kelly; her sisters, Eva Potoka, Mary Ann Gelet and Sophia Moore; and her sister-in-law Lois Whetsel.
She is survived by: her son Philip Freeman, Jr. (Shealia) of Cresson; her stepdaughters, Lucinda Burke of Ft. McCloy and Ruelene Szewczul (Daniel) of Port St; her grandchildren, Kevin, Raymond, Gabriel Sorenson, Dr. Taylor Freeman, Erin and Christopher Freeman; her son-in-law Jay Sorenson; and her siblings, Elizabeth Zychal of Shrewsbury, Valentina Dubasik of Cortland, Ohio and William Thomas Potoka (Katherine) of Mount Pleasant.
