He was predeceased by: his mother Pamela Sue Cygan; and his sisters, Delores Schleicher (Dee Anna) and Kimberly Cygan. He is survived by: his father Theodore Joseph Cygan Sr.; his siblings, Connie Ferreira and Theodore Cygan Jr.; his girlfriend Michaela "Shelly" Ramsdell; his sons, Beau Cygan, Drew Cygan, Trey Cygan and Kohl Cygan; his daughters-in-law, Katie Cygan and Shelby Baker; and his grandson Myles Cygan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
