He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Louisa, Sr. and Irene Pividore. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Belle Louisa; his sons, Patrick Louisa (Stephanie) and Ryan Louisa; and his grandsons, Gianni (Leah) and Carmine.
