He was predeceased by: his parents, William Curtis and Anna Phoebe Davis (Godfrey); his wife Ruth Dell DeNoon; his siblings, Shirley, Peggy and Gene; his nephew Bill "Butch" Witcher; and his son-in-law Richard Powell.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Powell of Leawood, KS, Diane Fisher (Bob) of Oak Grove, MO, Jack Davis, Jr. of Mountain View, MO, Donna Ristau (Larry) of Shawnee, KS, Thomas Davis (Jennie) of Imlay City, MI, Denise Massey of Overland Park, KS and Darcy Nendza (Steve) of Oak Forest, IL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
