He was predeceased by: his father Brian Long; and his grandparents, Jim and Jeanne Hickman. He is survived by: his mother Melisa Hickman (Kevin Andrews); his sister Melanie Long (Joey Mitchell); his grandparents, Terry and Connie Long; his uncles, Matt Hickman (Jodi) and Mark Hickman; his aunt Tracy Bell (Brent); and his cousins, Haley, Austin (Brooke), Jenna, Evan Hickman, McKinsey Kellerman (Curtis) and Preston Bell (Megan).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home (14275 S Black Bob Rd, Olathe, KS 66062). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or the University of Kansas Cancer Center – Hematology.
