Janet A. McKenny Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet A. McKenny of Olathe, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on June 26, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayden Pope and Lena Frances Pope; her husband Frank McKenny; and her brothers, Richard "Dick" Pope and Robert "Bob" Pope.
She is survived by: her children, Brian McKenny of Montgomery and Susan Scharsch (Lisa Tibbetts) of Olathe; her sister Beth; her siblings-in-law, Jack McCale of Overland Park, Teri Pope of Fairway, Debra Pope of Rogers and June Marlene McKenny of Overland Park; and her grandchildren, Andrew Scharsch, James McKenny, Samantha Scharsch, Katherine McKenny, Finn McKenny and Graci Tibbetts Scharsch. She is also survived by grandchildren who she adored and many nieces and nephews.
