He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Harbin and Norma Harbin (Trout). He is survived by: his wife Yvette; his daughters, Natalie Donovan (Andrew) and Amy Lauterbach (Tyler); his grandchildren, Greyson, Emery Donovan, Madisyn and Avery Lauterbach; his pet Whitley; and his brother Don (Ann).

Jeff substituted for the Olathe School District teaching middle school students and working part-time at the Principle Foundation.
