Jeffrey left this world on September 20, 2025 at the age of 52, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his father Larry Neal. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Sue Ham (Heffernan) of Wichita; his wife Kristi Clopton; his children, Addison and Jaxson Ham; his brother Brandon Ham of Wichita; his parents-in-law, Larry and Julie Clopton of Eureka; and his brother-in-law Tim (Tamee Clopton). He is also survived by two nieces, two nephews; and six great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Williams Syndrome Association.
