We are sad to announce that, on February 23, 2021, at the age of 69, Joe Marion Cowley of Olathe, Kansas, born in Gould, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Cowley and Jewell Weston; his wife Peggy Cowley; his son Galen Keith Wade; and his sister Connie Thingpen.

He is survived by: his children, Stephen Daric Wade of Olathe, Rachel Elizabeth Fisher of Olathe and Rebecca Lee Cowley of Overland Park; his grandchildren, Stephen, Deon and Roslynn; and his sister Kay Cowley.
