He is survived by: his siblings, Pamela Boone (Ted), Gary Mynatt and Susan Stanfill; his children, Kimberly Kliethermes and Matthew Mynatt (Mary); his grandchildren, Natalie, Danielle Kliethermes and Wesley Mynatt; and his nephew James Stanfill.
